A leading lifting solutions provider in Italy is seeking a Mobile Sales Manager to enhance sales of New and Used Grove products in Northern Italy. The ideal candidate will build strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Successful applicants will have strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in Italian and English. This role involves promoting products, working with teams, and providing market feedback.

Competenze

  • Strong knowledge of lifting machinery and auxiliary equipment.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • Knowledge of products and marketing methods of competitors.

Mansioni

  • Promote Grove products to direct customers and new potential customers.
  • Work with the service team to provide adequate solutions to customers.
  • Give feedback to the marketing department about market needs.
  • Keep in touch with VS Sales EU to report competitor activities.
  • Conduct receivables recovery activities.

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Mobile Sales Manager to be based in Italy to sell and promote New and Used Grove GMK and RT products in the assigned area (North Italy). This role involves developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring market share expansion.

Main Responsibilities in the Role
  • Promote Grove products to the existing direct customers and/or new potential customers by direct visit on site or telephone contact or mailing using PIPEDRIVE for monitoring
  • Promote Grove services at the existing customers and/or new potential customers to increase our Aftermarket revenues. Work in Team with the service team organization to provide the most adequate solutions to the customers.
  • To give at our marketing dept all the feedback coming from the market (new products, suggestion, request). Proactively support Trade Finance in sourcing the most adequate means of finance requested by the market.
  • Keep in touch with the VS Sales EU reporting to him what our competitors are doing and selling
  • Receivables recover activities
To be Successful in this Role
  • Good technical knowledge (hydraulic, mechanical and electrical) and raw materials
  • Strong knowledge of lifting machinery and aux equipment
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Basic office package and main software
  • Knowledge of the products and marketing methods of the main competitors in the area
