We’re looking for a talented and motivated
Merchandising Planner
to join our Category Management Department – MOTO. Reporting directly to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for :
Commercial performance monitoring : structured analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance across all sales channels, providing collection and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative feedback to support strategic decisions Distribution network optimization : network mapping and segmentation, to define targeted merchandising strategies for homogeneous clusters of points of sale (doors) in line with commercial potential and brand identity Contribution for the collection development : active participation in all phases of the collection development process, providing insights and strategic contributions to ensure a product range consistent with the needs of different channels and markets Definition of the Master Catalogue for Customer Clusters : creation of the ideal catalogue for each customer segment in order to maximise sell-out and enhancing the offer Product life cycle management : definition and implementation of commercial exit strategies for end-of-cycle products, with the aim of optimising stock and preserving profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Economics or a related field 2 / 5 years of previous experience in the role in structured international companies Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams Fluent in English.
