A leading luxury retail company in Milan is seeking an experienced merchandising professional to drive sales objectives and coordinate between various departments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and is proficient in Italian and English. This role reports directly to the Merchandising Director.

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the business at country level.
• To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business.
• To act as a coordinator between Store Managers, Country Management and the LV Paris Department.
• To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business.
• To organize and manage adequate buying, transfer and reorder policy.
• To develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to Zone LV Team on sales, products, prices, consumer behavior, customer needs, trends, competition.
• To organize and conduct the products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community.
• To collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process.
• To work with the Visual Merchandising Department to define commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility.
• To collaborate with PR Office to give visibility to the products.

• Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Reporting Line: Based in Milan’s Head Office, reporting to the Merchandising Director.
