Global pharma, leader in healthcare innovation has invested heavily in most promising treatments, their portfolio includes high number of products in various therapeutic areas. Our client is looking in expanding the team and is currently looking for a Medical Science Liaison in Italy.

Job Overview

• Strategically prepare and support the development
• Launch and commercialization of drug products through education of KOL’s/key stakeholders,
• Education of the scientific community and KOL’s, clinical trial support
• Contribute to mapping/profiling of KOL’s/decision makers
• Develop professional relationships, build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL’s/decision makers.
• Collect, analyze and report insights that may impact companies development plans/trial designs.
• Provide scientific information and data to and discuss with healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of medical and scientific information on new treatment options.

Key Requirements

• MD or pharmacist, with solid medical/technical background
• Must be considered as a peer to the customer base.
• Fluent in English & Italian.
• Proven ability to develop and foster credible peer-to-peer relationships in order to educate and negotiate with KOL’s/decision makers.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare system and research procedures, as well as the ICH guidelines, GCP and other ethical guidelines relevant to the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, and advanced presentation skills.
