As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.

As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Performing Manufacturing Engineer activities in Assembly Area, supporting Shop Routings, Instructions Sheets, Equipment improvement and Shop Fixture design
• Evaluating manufacturing process and shape strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity
• Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance)
• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.

To be successful in this role ideally you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) and good experience in a similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and Italian
• Be able to work in EU with no restrictions
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
