A leading mobility solutions provider in Italy is seeking a Bogie Systems Engineer to enhance the performance of railway bogies. The role involves optimizing maintenance strategies, analyzing RAM data, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience in railway systems. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential. With a strong mechanical skill he/she will follow all the topic for the Bogie and its sub-components, in particular for:
Traction Motor mechanical aspects will also be part of his/her technical perimeter.
Throughout his job he has to ensure the efficiency, safety, and availability of railway bogies and associated mechanical systems through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities optimization, guaranteeing compliance with railway and Alstom standards and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Knowledge of Railway mechanical systems (bogies, axles, suspensions, brakes) or Mechanical System in general.
Knowledge of Principles of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical engineering.
Ability to read technical drawings (Able to draw with CAD program is a preferential).
Knowledge of Railway Normative and safety standards is a plus.
More than 2 years in Railways engineering is appreciated.
English & Communication skills.
