We are looking for a Process Equipment Maintenance Manager for the manufacturing plant in Origgio (VA, 30 km from Milan).

What The Job Looks Like
In this role you will manage the maintenance activities of the equipment in all production departments, plan improvements and keep equipment in an up-to-date status.
Your Activities And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of activities related to the general industrial equipment maintenance to improve processes and production activities and to satisfy product development needs.
- Ensure that equipment can perform its required functions in compliance with safety, quality (cGMP) requirements, in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.
- Act as a pillar of continuous improvement for related equipment and plant; actively participate in the implementation of TPM (Lean Manufacturing).
- Analyze training needs and support the organization in developing the skills of the team, including emergency responders.
- Monitor maintenance and periodic calibration activities of process equipment.
- Define, review and keep updated maintenance plans in close collaboration with the Reliability Engineer.
- Support the execution of technical projects related to Production areas as a Team Member, in alignment with the Engineering Manager.
- Monitor and improve maintenance-related KPIs.
What You\'ll Bring To The Table
- Technical Degree (Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in the role of Maintenance Manager in complex industrial contexts, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food or cosmetics sectors.
- Fluency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of operation and maintenance of equipment used in production of oral solids, packaging and / or liquids; knowledge of main safety regulations, GMPs and ISO.
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing (5S, Wrench Time analysis, EWO, OPL, SPS).
- Familiar with computerized Maintenance Management System, preferably SAP PM.
