A luxury hospitality group based in Italy is seeking a Partnership & Retail Coordinator to provide strategic support in marketing partnerships and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and project management skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to luxury brand visibility and business development in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, retail coordination, or hospitality marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury retail sector is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Support the Strategic Marketing Director in developing a worldwide partnership timeline.
• Identify relevant luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and design brands for partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle including ideation and performance analysis.
• Manage external partners and stakeholders for successful collaboration.
• Build a yearly calendar of Retail collection launches for all Italian assets.
• Project manage the eCommerce digital platform for Retail.
• Create a Retail Excellence manual for product and staff training.
