Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customs clearance procedures, monitoring warehouse stock levels, and supporting logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customs clearance processes and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond promptly to customer requests and provide appropriate support
• Monitor and report warehouse stock levels regularly
• Oversee inbound deliveries to the Vesit warehouse
• Support the Order Management team in coordinating warehouse sales deliveries
• Proven experience in logistics and customs processes

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or university degree
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP systems
• Ability to manage stress
• Native Italian speaker
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level, spoken and written)
