What you will do
Supporting integrated supply chain Controlling function, business partnering with Central Logistic Organization, in charge of developing and deploying a new set of tools for financial analyses on primary and secondary logistic performance, capable to bring the organization to the next level in terms of data visibility and capability to drive business decisions.
The position encompasses high level of exposure at top management level, requires strong analytical skills, capability to read the external environment and capability to influence while being a strong and reliable business partner driving actions and supporting the strategy.

What you need to succeed
Must have
Education : University degree in Economics, Engineering management
Professional experience : Integrated Supply Chain controlling experience +4 years, international profile (ideally)
Technical Skills :
Good knowledge of accounting and strong 360 degrees understanding of procurement, logistic and manufacturing operations
Good knowledge of internal control setup
Ability to simplify complex processes and drive implementation
Good knowledge of excel, SAP, HFM (preferred), Data warehousing, Oracle EPM suite);
Soft Skills :
Strong leadership skills to drive execution.
Strong functional independence in the way of working and ability to partner with its stakeholders.
Strong resilience, ability to challenge status quo, initiate and drive continuous change, and a spirit of evolution
Management Experience in a Multinational Environment (strongly recommended);
Management Experience in Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
Good interpersonal and networking skills, both within the finance community and the Function of reference, as well as with other members of the broader team;
Ability to operate in a matrix organization;
Results focused, solution-oriented with a proactive and positive approach;
Excellent organizational and planning skills;
Willingness for evolution within an international finance community
Language : English and Italian (required). Any other international language is considered a plus
