A leading investment bank in Italy is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Lending Specialist to support loan transactions. Responsibilities include analyzing credit agreements, managing loan servicing, and ensuring compliance throughout the lending lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. This role is based in Milan and requires fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in middle office lending, agency services, or structured finance.
• Solid understanding of syndicated loan structures, facility agreements, and intercreditor arrangements.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Mansioni

• Analyze credit agreements ensuring understanding of deal closing.
• Manage loan servicing activities and agency services.
• Verify and manage conditions precedent including KYC / AML.
