Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A, and real estate.
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law (with honors).
• Relevant experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm or boutique law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills, planning skills, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• ‘Get things done’ attitude: able to prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
