A leading trading and workflow automation company in Milan is seeking a qualified lawyer to handle complex contract management and offer legal advice on a variety of topics. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Law and relevant experience in law firms. The role demands excellent organizational skills and proficiency in both Italian and English within a dynamic environment.

·Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts

·Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate

·Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
