Un'azienda di logistica leader con sede in Emilia-Romagna cerca un Learning Analyst per supportare l'espansione di AMZL EDSP. La figura si occuperà di formare i partner EDSP all'uso dei sistemi Amazon, creare materiali di formazione e garantire miglioramenti nei processi attraverso best practices. È richiesta flessibilità negli orari di lavoro e disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 15% del tempo. Ottima opportunità per chi ama le sfide e desidera crescere in un ambiente dinamico.

Competenze

• Esperienza di comunicazione e presentazione scritte e verbali.
• Utilizzo di Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Esperienza operativa preferita.

• Laurea completata.

• Formare i partner EDSP su come operare con i sistemi e gli strumenti di Amazon.
• Creare materiale di formazione per il team EDSP.

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst

This position will support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Onboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools.
• Create training material for EDSP team.
• Lead training sessions and work actively on AMZL; EDSP new node launches.
• Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage.
• Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Operations experience.
• Basic / Intermediate English.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development.
• Experience using and communicating performance metrics.

Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and / or overnight, as needed. Candidate must have availability to travel up to 15% of the time.
