Key Account Food Service Manager – Italy

We are seeking a talented Key Account Food Service Manager to join our team in Italy and lead the development and launch of the new Findus Food Service range in the Ho.re.ca channel.

Activities & Responsibilities
  • Gather insights from customers (C&C, wholesalers, chains, chefs) to support portfolio development and price positioning
  • Create a Route-to-Market strategy in collaboration with the Head of Channel
  • Manage fast listing processes and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key customers
  • Work with local and international chains to identify opportunities and develop the ideal assortment
  • Prepare accurate business reports to support decision-making
  • Contribute to tenders and collaborate with the Retail Sales Force to find synergies
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing in the Ho.re.ca channel within FMCG
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Culinary skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Understanding of frozen food is a plus
  • Fluent English and strong Excel skills
