The Corporate practice is composed by a team of nearly 35 professionals who advise clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Our integrated team includes experts in antitrust/competition law, funds and investment management, real estate, insurance, private equity, equity capital market and public policy. We also offer clients a combination of specialist technical and industry expertise across 12 sectors from financial services through to energy & resources and healthcare.

You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and be involved in working closely with clients and other lawyers. This will help you develop outstanding transactional and organizational skills as well as superb technical abilities. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression. Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of work and work closely with clients and other lawyers to develop transactional and organizational skills and technical abilities.
Qualifications
  • You are ideally a recent graduate or a graduate enrolled on a Master’s course, with an excellent academic background and strong English language skills.
  • You are interested in starting your career in Corporate M&A and have studied the subject in depth through internships, campus programs, or summer school experiences.
  • You are a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
