About the Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Junior Sales CRM to be the operational backbone between our Commercial Team and Sales Force (FV). This critical role ensures the seamless execution of commercial strategies by managing key CRM processes, implementing commercial offers, and providing essential daily support and training to the sales team. The ideal candidate must be highly logical, smart, proactive, and capable of learning quickly. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative and humble approach to professional growth. The candidate will be hired through an agency worker.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior sales crm specialist your primary responsibilities will be centered on two core areas: Sales Operations & CRM Management and Commercial Offer Execution.

Responsibilities
  • CRM & Sales Operations Leadership: Ensure the accuracy, functionality, and optimal usage of the sales team’s CRM system for order entry (Salon Channel) and client management.
  • Commercial Offer Execution (CVS): Achieve full autonomy and precision in the setup and management of monthly commercial offers (CVS), a fundamental driver of sales effectiveness.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the business.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Support, Commercial Back Office, or a similar role focused on process execution and data integrity.
Required Skills
  • Highly logical and analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven capability for proactive problem solving and rapid learning.
  • Must possess a strong sense of ownership combined with a humble and collaborative professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills
  • Solid practical experience with CRM systems used for order processing and client management.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, logical functions) for data analysis and verification (possible practical tests during the interview).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage, particularly regarding commercial configuration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and basic training skills to effectively support a field-based sales team.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and proficient English (B1- B2 minimum) for technical documentation and global communication.
