You will assist Senior Project Managers by conducting research, developing project plans, and liaising with various stakeholders. Job Description

To provide support to (Senior) Project Managers on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.

  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking;
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project;
  • Producing project plans;
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;
  • Tracking and documenting changes;
  • written project communication materials;
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports;
  • Liaising with the client, contractors and designers;
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree, or other construction technical background;
  • Interest in the construction sector, preferably in the logistics and/or industrial sector;
  • Flexible, autonomous, and eager to learn;
  • Good writing and speaking skills to manage reporting in Italian and English;
  • Good interpersonal skills.
