A global leader in access and parking solutions is seeking a Junior Industrial Controller at its Bologna headquarters. The role involves calculating and analyzing costs, supporting variance analysis, and collaborating with the Operations Controller on various financial plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in international manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and excellent knowledge of MS Office are essential. Opportunities for business travel are available, emphasizing a culture of equality and inclusion.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in international manufacturing companies.
• Available for business trips abroad.
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Calculate and analyze standard full cost of goods sold and industrial variances.
• Perform cost calculations for the plant in Bologna.
• Support cost calculations for other plants of the Group.
• Collaborate with the Operations Controller on forecasts and plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare periodic reports.
• Support inventory valuation processes and reviews.
• Monitor cost centers and support managers in performance analysis.

Conoscenze

Fluent in English

Fluent in Italian

Knowledge of SAP (FI, CO, PS)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Communication skills
