An international financial institution is seeking a Junior HR Generalist for a full-time, fixed-term contract in Milan. The successful candidate will support the HR Country officer in managing employee relations, coordinate compliance programs, and work on HR projects. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in both Italian and English are required. Ideal for those with experience in international settings.

Junior HR Generalist - Labour Relations

In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activies

• implementation of the organization's employee relations
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
• HR projects
• Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests
• HR employee life cycle events and processes
• All other duties as assigned

What we'll need from you
• Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes
• Experience with international environment
• Fluent in Italian and English

Education:
Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law)

Time Type:
Full time – Fixed term contract 12 months – Ral to be defined, CCNL Credito – based in Milan.
