A leading technology company in Italy is looking for a Data Analyst to optimize marketing campaigns. This role involves analyzing data, creating visualizations, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in both English and Italian. Experience with data analysis tools and A/B testing will be advantageous.

Purpose of Role

The overall purpose of the role is to optimize company campaigns for maximum performance, working closely with the marketing and sales team. It is responsible for analyzing data, conducting A/B testing, and implementing optimization strategies to improve traffic and conversions in all product lines.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance while staying within budget constraints.
  • Create visual representations of data in the form of graphs, charts, and other visualizations to help stakeholders understand data insights.
  • Analyze metasearch performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost-per-click (CPC) and optimize metasearch campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (mainly mathematics, statistics or computer science), economics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Fluent English (at least B2 certification)
  • Fluent Italian (at least level C1)
  • Having had previous work experience as a Data analyst will be considered a plus

  • Managing large volumes of data and effectively analyzing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
