You will prepare budgets, conduct analyses, and collaborate with various functions to monitor performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, up to 3 years of experience, and excellent Excel and English skills. Junior Controller at Openjobmetis SpA

Openjobmetis is a joint venture of Eni·Plenitude and CDP Equity dedicated to renewable energy production in Italy.

Overview

Operative and analytical role supporting data collection, processing and analysis of economic‑financial data to support strategic and operational decisions. Reports directly to the Planning & Control Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update industrial plan, budget, forecast and interannual situations.
  • Conduct economic and financial analyses of company results and individual projects/commissions.
  • Ensure detailed monitoring of economic and financial performance of commissions.
  • Monitor costs, revenues and margins, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operational functions to collect data and define performance indicators.
  • Prepare periodic reports, notes and presentations for management.
  • Support Business Development, M&A and structured finance in evaluation and due diligence of extraordinary operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement of planning and control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
  • Maximum 3 years of experience in planning, finance, control of management or in Corporate Finance/Transaction Services or Audit at a consulting firm.
  • Preferable knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent Excel skills, preferably with financial modelling; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent English language knowledge.
  • Precision, analytical skills, problem‑solving attitude and teamwork.
