Specifically, when you join the Digital Finance Transformation Team in Bologna and Florence, you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue.

You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:
  • Redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model.
  • Designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market.
  • Analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions.
  • Assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation using business cases.
  • Monitoring pre‑ and post‑transformation performance.
  • Defining the organisational structure, the skills, the number of personnel required, the training plan, the operating framework and the timeframes needed for the realisation of Finance 4.0.
Skills
  • A master’s degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.
  • Knowledge of the following topics: Control Models, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning.
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
