Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an Junior Campaign Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s CRM Team, reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Loyalty.

Such talent supports the planning, execution, and optimization of global and local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging platforms. He/she collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, effective audience targeting, and consistent performance tracking. By leveraging data, analytics, and market insights, the role contributes to continuous campaign optimization, supports customer journey execution, and helps translate marketing strategies into impactful, well-coordinated activations.

In particular, you will:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns
• Assist with campaign setup via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and future channels.
• Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors, and trends
• Help manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI, internal tools)
• Create campaign reports and share insights with internal teams regularly.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure timely asset delivery
• Assist with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization recommendations
• Provide support for ongoing local activations by managing the process comprehensively from initial briefing through to final delivery
• Support journey planning, execution, and performance tracking

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Min 2 years of experience in campaign execution
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and email marketing
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intelligence platforms, along with a strong sensitivity to data insights
• Strong knowledge of M. Office suite
• Prior experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is preferred
• Data-driven mindset with interest in optimization and experimentation
• Demonstrated proficiency in the English language
