Job Description

We’re looking for a graduate in Statistics or Computer Engineering with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence.

Join a young, dynamic, and collaborative team, where you’ll receive hands‑on training and the opportunity to grow quickly into an independent contributor, supporting both the development team and the wider organization.

You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, working on local and International projects.

What You’ll Do

• Define data architectures such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and tabular models to support BI.
• Develop solutions on Microsoft data platform on premise and on Azure (Synapse Analytics, Databricks)
• Manage relational databases with SQL, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Create reports and dashboards with Power BI, supporting business decision‑making

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimumexperience in designing and implementing data engineering solutions on Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with all or some of the following components/technologies:
  • SQL Server
  • Synapse Analytics/Databricks
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Python
  • Visual Studio
  • Github/devops
• Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines is highly appreciated, as well as experience in developing reports and tabular models in Power BI, applying best practices for interactive dashboards.

Languages: Fluent Italian and English
