Overview
This role is dedicated to the support of Bvlgari Store investment projects and Store openings. With a keen focus on budget, timing, and cost efficiency, and an engineering background, the mission encompasses the analysis of historical costs, continuous monitoring and follow-up of budgets and accounting during project implementation, while enhancing internal workflows and processes.
Main Accountabilities
- Investment Budget Management: providesupport in the analysis and definition of investment budgets, while assisting local stakeholders in the project implementation, timing, and cost control from initial brief to final handover. Maintain continuous oversight of budgets and investment costs throughout the project lifecycle, with follow-up on accounting aspects
- Cost Analysis: conduct thorough analysis of historical project costs and establish a comprehensive database for benchmarking purposes
- Supplier Management: support in supplier selection process and evaluations; collab orate with Procurement to assist in price list negotiations; participate to cost definition and approval process for the opening of new spaces, overseeing and supporting contracts and agreements with local landlords
- Tender Management: analyze received offers and determine the most suitable contractors in coordination with local markets and Procurement team; supervise and implement contracts with individual contractors involved in the relevant openings on a global scale; manage relationships with contractors during contract execution and follow the construction phase with local suppliers and architects, including the anticipation or resolution of any technical-economic disputes
- Other Activities:
- Manage and supervise the updating of monitoring files, ensuring to have a continuous and precise overview of Store Planning projects status and related cost management
- Review and implement internal procedures and processes within the Architecture office
Technical Skills
- Engineering Degree
- 3-5 years experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Budget Management, Cost Control & Analysis
- Expertise in Process & Procedures Management and Maintenance
- Negotiation Skills
