A global wealth management firm in Milan is seeking an entry-level finance professional to support their Finance department. Responsibilities include participating in monthly closings, preparing periodic reports, contributing to budget targets, and managing invoicing processes. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Finance or similar fields, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and fluent in both Italian and English. This is a full-time position starting in February 2026.

Competenze

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies.
• Good understanding of General Accounting.
• Expert in MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Participate in monthly closings and produce periodic reports.

Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas: Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

Responsibilities

• Participate to the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
• Invoicing process and payments
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• You have good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques and financial flows
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are Fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well
