A global tech company is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage client relationships in Italy. You will engage with existing clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate suitable solutions to increase adoption of Odoo's software. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years in sales, speak fluent Italian and English, and have strong communication and negotiation skills. This role offers commissions and the opportunity to work on diverse client projects, with a hybrid work model of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in Italy;
  • Be the main point of contact of our partners: analyse and understand in depth their needs;
  • Increase customers\' adoption of Odoo by demonstrating new apps, features, and versions, and by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer the most suitable solutions;
  • Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.
Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Sales or Sales Consultant;
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1);
  • Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Project Management ability: manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables;
  • Stakeholders management: building relationship with both clients and partners.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience in IT Sales field;
  • Technical Curiosity – Genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work;
  • Active Listening – Ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects.
