An innovative cloud-based company in Italy is seeking a Junior Account Executive to engage with leads and manage customer relationships. Your mission

We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive who’s ready to take on new leads, talk to customers, and make sure our sales flow is smooth and smart.

You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and see the direct impact of your work on our growth — no red tape, no waiting around.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Chatting with leads and spotting new opportunities 🔍
  • Understanding customer needs and showing them how Sencare makes their life easier
  • Running demos and crafting killer proposals
  • Guiding new users through onboarding
  • Hitting sales targets and helping us scale 🚀
  • Attending events and (sometimes) traveling to meet awesome people
You’re the one if you have:

🎓 A degree in Economics, Management or similar

💬 2+ years of experience in sales or account management

🧠 Great communication & multitasking skills

🌍 Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English (written and spoken)

🤝 A true team player attitude

Bonus points for:

✨ Experience in SaaS or startups

💡 Knowledge of the helthcare space
