The role requires at least 5 years of tax experience, with a preference for candidates from Big 4 firms. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, managing tax risks, and providing advisory services. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, be fluent in Italian and English, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
