This role requires at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, and fluency in both Italian and English. The successful candidate will build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues. Extensive travel is expected. Competenze

• 5+ years work experience in sales with international experience in adhesives.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience interacting with multinational customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

• Sales responsibility for the whole Italy.
• Define strategy and objectives in line with business unit strategy.
• Develop action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with application engineering and support service team.
