Competenze

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contabilità, idealmente in Crediti Pubblici.
• Esperienza in settori dinamici, con esperienza nella vendita al dettaglio preferita.
• Competenza nel software contabile e MS-Office, specialmente Excel.

Mansioni

• Eseguire attività di chiusura mensile e riconciliazioni.
• Coordinare attività legate all'assegnazione di credito e supportare stakeholders.
• Gestire ricezioni manuali e compiti contabili generali.

What the position is about | Role & Agenda

The role

To support our growth in Italy, Amplifon is seeking a talented individual for the position of Italy Accounting (Public Credit) Specialist.

• Perform monthly closing activities (transitional reconciliations).
• Coordinate all key activities related to credit assignment, building strong relationships with financial stakeholders and providing support throughout the process.
• Record manual receipts for both private and non-private clients.
• Support general accounting tasks, including verifying and reconciling compensations.
• Liaise with auditors for confirmations and documentation requests.
• Collaborate with external legal firms for managing non-private clients.
• Perform other financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Your profile:

• Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries; retail experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting, ideally in Public Credits.
• Knowledge of common accounting software (Oracle and Piteco are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and good command of English.
