We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Operations (IT I&O) team, which manages corporate IT infrastructures, both on-premises and cloud-based, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency, particularly in the banking sector within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Monitoring: Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure in data centers and cloud environments.
• Project Support & Presales: Collaborate with sales to define technical solutions and estimate infrastructure efforts.
• Monitor infrastructure services and costs, focusing on Cloud SaaS.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing to support team growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in IT Operations managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud, monitoring tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, and MSSQL Server.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams.
• Proficiency in technical English.
