The Inventory Controller oversees inventory management processes and resolves issues that arise. This position identifies, analyzes and addresses gaps in inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy - reconciliation of inventory transactions at the location level to ensure accurate reporting of on-hand inventory.
• Collaborate with both domestic and international warehouse/ filler management on all inventory related issues.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations at designated locations.
• Perform adjustments to inventory.
• Perform item reconciliations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborates with supply planners, material planners, third party warehouse management and fillers to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment and reporting of transfer orders and receipts.
• Perform inventory classification based on ageing reporting, highlighting critical cases.

Required Education/Experience

• 1+ year of experience in related area required.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on the quality of work.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and vendor/supplier relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Flexible and ability to adapt to different workspaces- office, internal and external warehouses.
