A multinational company is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in the northern Milan area. The candidate will manage customer requests, assist in sales support, and work towards achieving sales targets. Ideal applicants have 3-5 years of experience in related roles and a technical background. Proficiency in English is needed, with additional languages preferred. A permanent contract with a salary range of €35,000 to €45,000 plus bonuses is offered.

Our client is an important multinational company specializing in the distribution of electromedical components, experiencing strong growth in the Italian and European markets. To expand their sales team, they have commissioned us to search for a:

Inside Sales Specialist

The selected candidate will join the commercial back-office team, reporting directly to the Italian/European General Manager. Specifically, he/she will handle requests from customers received by phone or e-mail, in addition to supporting the external sales representative.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Actively collaborating in achieving sales targets and managing Customer Satisfaction activities.
  • Managing orders, preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and drafting contracts.
  • Managing e-commerce sales.
  • Providing telephone assistance regarding issues reported by customers, carrying out analysis activities to solve problems.
  • Supporting the General Manager in planning field appointments across the national and international territory, as well as in organizing activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a technical background and has gained at least 3/5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of the electromedical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors will be considered a plus.

Fluency in English is required; the knowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered a plus.

What we offer: permanent contract (CCNL Commercio), with an indicative gross salary range between 35.000 and € 45.000, bonus and meals vouchers. Different levels of seniority and experience will be evaluated.
