This position is part of the EMEA‑based commercial team reporting to the Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC and will be fully remote. You will be responsible for growing research‑grade/pre‑clinical business with clients in the cell and gene therapy industry.

In This Role
  • Uncover new business both in existing and new accounts by identifying potential opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs and building relationships based on quality and trust.
  • Support inbound client questions via the website by introducing clients to Aldevron’s capabilities and qualifying opportunities prior to introducing clients to the local business development manager and technical sales specialist.
  • Partner with business development, marketing and technical sales to grow regional business and achieve / exceed your quota.
Essential Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a client‑facing role such as sales, customer service, or technical support.
  • 1 year of experience at the lab bench with hands‑on experience using DNA, RNA, or proteins.
Preferred Experience
  • Using a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • An understanding of the cell and gene therapy market landscape.
  • Previous experience of identifying new business opportunities.
