A leading electronic components distributor in Milan is seeking an Inside Sales representative. Responsibilities include supporting a defined customer base, growing sales opportunities, and providing quotes. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and English, have inside sales experience, and possess strong communication skills. Competenze

  • Experience in maintaining existing customer base; winning new customers.
  • Accurate and good at working with numerical data.
  • Experience in electronic, distribution, or financial sector is advantageous.

Inside Sales -Milan

Location : Milan

  • Liaise with and support a defined customer base mainly in defense and aerospace sector
  • Growth of sales opportunities
  • Provide price and delivery quotes
  • Follows-up these quotes; processes orders and monitors shipments to customers
  • Systematically develop the sales area and build new customer relationships
  • Maintain a high quality of work for our customers
  • Close teamwork with Outside Sales
  • Successfully grow supplier relationships to help support your customer activities
  • Develop, learn, and grow as individual and as a successful TTI employee
  • Fluent Italian and English,
  • Experience in Inside Sales or similar position, e.g. sales assistant, customer service
  • Experience in maintaining existing customer base; winning new customers
  • Good MS-Office skills, especially excel
  • Accurate and good at working with numerical data
  • This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing person
  • You are a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills. You have the ability to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels
  • Experience in the electronic, distribution or financial sector is advantageous
  • Knowledge / experience in defense and aerospace sector would be appreciated
