Tempor S.p.A. is seeking a process engineer to work in the chemical industry. After an initial training period, the engineer will report to the Production Plant Manager and be responsible for:

• Conducting continuous improvement processes
• Developing quality checklists to ensure process and product quality
• Monitoring and reporting productivity and quality indicators, attending daily departmental meetings
• Promoting lean methodologies
• Researching and recommending equipment and tools to ensure safe, ergonomic, and high-quality work
• Identifying and eliminating waste to focus on value-added activities and reduce production times
• Proposing product improvements
• Creating detailed procedures for critical quality and safety aspects
• Collaborating with the technical laboratory for qualitative and quantitative supply management

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in materials engineering, chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in production and/or technology, gained in modern, complex industrial contexts
• Good knowledge of Excel, Office package, and main computer systems
• Operational autonomy and good relational and communication skills
• Strong team-oriented mindset and coordination ability
• Good English language knowledge

This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, requiring a Master's degree or equivalent. The seniority level is Mid-Senior.
