Information Technology Specialist (HR area)
We are seeking a skilled IT HR Specialist to oversee and manage IT support, systems, processes, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in Core HR Systems and other HR systems and processes, combined with strong project management skills and a proven track record in defining, measuring, and managing SLA and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT support, systems, processes, and vendors
- Oversee and maintain Core HR System (knowledge of SAP HR and Oracle HCM will be a plus), reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI, etc.) and other HR systems and processes.
- Lead and manage HR-related projects
- Define, measure, and manage SLA and KPIs
- Analyze and solve problems by organizing information into meaningful patterns, identifying underlying relationships, causes and effects, and forming conclusions or general rules
- Utilize standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Italian and English
- Collaborate with global teams and manage international projects
- Function as key collaborator between HR and technology teams (IT and vendors) to resolve system issues, involving relevant testing and hands-on system configuration changes where necessary.
- Plan and evaluate HR process improvements through process mapping, regular improvement reviews and enhancement of HR processes to ensure efficiency and alignment to industry best practices.
- Proactively ensures data integrity and quality in HR systems required for accurate business reporting.
- Participate and collaborate in process streamlining activities and other required activities / tasks for the new HR system project.
- Participate and collaborate in the new HCM System project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years managing IT support, systems, processes, and vendors
- Experience in Core HR Systems and other HR systems and processes
- Experience in reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
- Previous experience in project management
- Proven experience in defining, measuring, and managing SLA and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Experience in global companies is preferred
Job is expected to be mild hybrid with some days/week on site presence mandatory in Turin.
Job is expected 12 months initial duration with possibility to extend.
