The role involves supporting classified activities in the field of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the sites in Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA). The position may include responsibilities related to the specific regulations governing classified information.

• Education: Diploma
• Experience Level: Junior
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of national/international regulations regarding the protection of classified information; previous professional experience with direct contacts with entities/companies in Italy and abroad, and internal company units.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Behavioral Skills: The candidate should be discreet, able to handle emergency situations, make decisions for the successful completion of tasks, reliable, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and capable of working in a team.

Activities include:

• Managing documents and classified materials within security offices
• Updating accounting records for classified documents and maintaining the authorized personnel list
• Preparing and issuing internal normative documentation related to security and protection of classified information

The activity ensures compliance with regulations concerning the protection and safeguarding of classified information, security clearances for personnel, management of national and international movement of classified materials, and organization of transports in coordination with relevant units. It also supports the management of classified tenders, contracts, and programs, in accordance with DPCM 5/11/2015, its amendments, and internal security regulations of Leonardo.
