A leading engineering firm in Milan is seeking an HSE Specialist to develop HSE deliverables, provide training, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, fluency in Italian and English, and 3+ years of relevant experience. Competenze

• Experience in preparation, adaptation and implementation of HSE deliverables.
• Relevant training as per Italian Law (120 hours for CSP/CSE and/or 40 hours RSPP).
• Availability to travel in Italy and Europe.

Mansioni

• Develop HSE deliverables like POS, DVR, DUVRI.
• Provide training on occupational health and safety to staff.
• Perform site visits/audits for compliance with HSE requirements.

Conoscenze

Responsibilities

• Development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g. POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC and work instructions and documentation, operational instructions and forms)
• Providing regular training and information on occupational health and safety to the staff.
• Providing technical support to the persons responsible for HSE on the construction sites.
• Liaising with KVI corporate HSE Department to ensure KVI HSE minimum requirements and best practices are implemented.
• Periodically perform site / project visits / audits to ensure compliance with HSE requirements (Italian law and KVI HSE management systems)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or other STEM disciplines).
• Good knowledge of Italian H&S Legislation with relevant training as per Italian Law (120 hours for CSP / CSE and / or 40 hours RSPP).
• 3+ years’ experience in preparation, adaptation and implementation of HSE related deliverables.
• Availability to travel in Italy and Europe.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
