Your Tasks - What You can expect as HR Manager Italy?

  • You serve as the main HR contact for all employees and managers in Italy in our plants in Oleggio & Poppi.
  • You partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and drive employee engagement.
  • You ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations.
  • You manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • You oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • You support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • You collaborate closely with the HR EMEA team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.

Your Profile - What do You bring as HR Manager Italy?

  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and have experience working with unions, including second-level agreements.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • You bring experience in change management, ideally in companies transitioning from family-owned to corporate structures.
  • You are familiar with talent and performance programs in international organizations.
