We are seeking a proactive and business-focusedHR Business Partner Manager based in Madrid, Rome or Milanto support our operations across theSpain and Italyregion. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with senior leaders (Senior Directors and below), providing hands-on HR support and guidance while ensuring alignment between people priorities and business objectives. Partner with teams across functions such as GTM Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Functions. You will be an integral part of our EMEA HRBP team. While focused on your primary region, you may occasionally be required to lend support to other EMEA areas based on business needs.
