We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR department and report to the HR Director. The role involves providing HR support to the business, guiding recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR administration. The position is based in Milan and offers up to 75% smart working with up to 25% travel to our La Spezia office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (attraction to off‑boarding) for internal business clients.
  • Execute recurring HR processes such as annual performance management, salary review, employee surveys, career paths, and HR analytics.
  • Collect business needs and adapt HR projects and initiatives for an effective response.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to deploy initiatives within dedicated business units.
  • Work with external consultants (payroll, labor, employment) and internal partners (legal, compliance, business improvement, data privacy).
  • Act as an ambassador of company values, supporting organizational and cultural changes.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Italian labor standards, monitoring risks in daily employee management.
  • Help update recurring HR reports, including KPI implementation and monitoring.

  • MSc or higher in humanistic matters (psychology, economics, law) or a postgraduate master in HR; a master in HR is welcomed.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment.
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of working hours.
