Your Purpose

The main purpose of this position is the control and the monitoring of purchase requests ‘’RDA’’ created by the ships of the whole fleet. The target is to ensure the correct alignment with the defined par level and guarantee the correctness of the purchasing requests in terms of items, volume and cost.

Your Impact

• RDA monitoring


• Monitor onboard consumption


• Coordinate with Inventory & RDA Control team


• Adhere to par levels


• Prepare business case simulations to facilitate the decision-making process for strategic operations


• Proactively propose actions to the Team, based on the insights learn in the analysis phase


• Participate in cross-functional business projects and perform ad hoc analysis


• Extract and analyze all relevant information from various IT sources and support the Team in translating data into concrete actions

Your Journey so far

• Previous experience in a supply chain role, ideally within the cruise sector


• Good knowledge of the hotel item category and hotel operation needs


• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Your Essentials

• Fluent English and Italian. Any additional language is an advantage.


• Excellent knowledge of computer systems; deep knowledge of Excel (advanced user). Knowledge of Crunchtime is an advantage.


• Degree in economics.
