A global workforce solutions company is seeking a Help Desk Support professional in Bari, Italy. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk, proficiency in ServiceNow, and knowledge of Jira Service Desk and Windows Server. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and Italian. This is a permanent, onsite position with a 5-day work week.

Competenze

Responsibilities

• Min 1 Year of Experience in IT Service Desk
• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Office365, Windows client troubleshooting, Network Monitoring tools
• Excellent ITIL knowledge
• Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting

Qualifications

• IT Service desk experience; ServiceNow proficiency
• Good command of English and Italian
• Mandatory Skills: Jira Service Desk, Windows Server
