As the Head of Total Rewards you will hold a leadership role within Satispay’s HR ecosystem. You’ll be the strategic benchmark for everything related to remuneration but also a hands‑on project manager responsible for building and implementing processes. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and company leaders to ensure our policies are fair competitive and aligned with our rapidly evolving business.
