Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate the AA Sales Team across Italy and Greece to achieve and exceed targets in terms of sales, promotional expenses, and profit through the execution of inspirational sales and marketing plans, KOL maintenance and development. Manage the AA Sales Team to ensure full territorial coverage, and that all activities and messaging are always aligned with corporate strategy.
- Recruit, train, develop, motivate and lead the Aesthetics Sales Force. Emphasis should be placed on developing highly effective selling and consultative skills, excellent negotiation skills, profiling and targeting, Key Practice development skills and effective territory planning.
- Ensure the provision of effective planning, monitoring and reporting system, with emphasis on metrics and in‑depth follow up analysis.
- Lead from the front to effectively manage the Team and motivate it to succeed in achieving or overachieving agreed goal. Produce the appropriate environment to encourage team growth and development. Regularly prepare and conduct performance reviews to identify development opportunities and evaluate overall performance. Put in place effective incentive schemes to help motivate the team to achieve the company goals.
- Focus on operational excellence. Ensure effective country execution of all regional strategies and trimester Plans.
- Build a network of KOL’s relations who fully understand the product and company benefits and support AA initiatives. Maintain and develop good relationship with them in order to give an excellent company image and to be always aware of the changes happening in the Aesthetics market.
- Understand the Aesthetics market in detail. Look for opportunities to grow the business, be aware of any competitive activities/strategies and devise effective responses to deal with these.
Qualifications
- Degree level education in life sciences.
- Significant experience in Sales management. Already a National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager with 5 years Sales Management experience in the Pharmaceutical or Aesthetics sector.
- Experience acquired in at least one US multinational company.
- A demonstrable record of success in building a successful sales team and in building business within a specialist therapeutic area.
- Experience in relationship building, using programs and support to build loyalty in a competitive, profit driven business.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, numerate and able to deliver convincing business case arguments to support the product.
- Experienced in the design and implementation of professional relations and practice building programs. Additional Experience in Consultancy would also be a benefit.

- Enthusiasm for customer interfacing and generating business.
- Very high interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, confident, comfortable and convincing with practitioners, and KOLs.
- A “hands‑on” adaptable and pragmatic approach, allied to strong cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills with the flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic organization.
- Fluent in English (Written, reading and writing).
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
