For a fast‑growing sustainable design company, we are seeking a Head of Sales to drive wholesale and B2B expansion across international markets. This is a strategic, revenue‑focused leadership role responsible for building and scaling distributor and key account networks, managing a commercial team, and delivering measurable growth across wholesale, retail partnerships and e‑commerce channels.
We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales who combines commercial vision with operational rigour. You will own the wholesale and B2B go‑to‑market strategy, lead a team of Area Managers and back‑office resources, and work closely with Founders, Marketing and E‑commerce to align brand positioning with commercial execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience with distributors, agents and department store relationships, is comfortable negotiating complex deals, and thrives in fast‑paced international environments.
