As Head of Legal you will lead the legal and compliance functions of the Italian subsidiary of Huawei Italy. The role requires a seasoned legal executive with strong technical expertise in commercial, technology, regulatory, and corporate matters, combined with proven leadership in managing lean, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will act as a strategic business partner to senior management, ensuring proactive legal risk management, operational excellence, and compliance with Italian and EU legal frameworks relevant to the technology, telecommunications, and renewables energies sector.
